Welcome to the first edition of my Very Short Newsletter Full of Stuff for Clients™. I've been thinking of sharing a short newsletter with things I'm thinking about and things I've found that my clients might find useful. 

How often will I send this? I'm not sure. Weekly sounds good, but we'll see.

Things Coming Up

• There have been a few breakups and some relationship difficulties in the last few weeks with some clients, so I wanted to take this opportunity to share my reading list on romantic relationships in case anyone else might find it useful right now. 

Things I've Been Thinking About

• I've had Scott Belsky's The Messy Middle on my shelf for a long while, and I finally picked it up. I loved the charts (attached in photos) of "The Relative Joy of Creating." I've talked with a few folks over the last week about how a lot of the work we do together is building habits to help you navigate those "dips" along the way (the "ouches," "shit!s" "WTFs!").
